Cable Testing, Qualification and Certification
Test and guarantee your cable infrastructure meets global standards.

Our experts perform rigorous Tier 1 and Tier 2 testing to verify that your copper and fiber links meet industry-standard performance.
This goes beyond a simple connection test to ensure your network can handle high-speed data traffic.

Copper Testing, Qualification and Certification.
Our Copper cable testing focuses on the electrical integrity of twisted-pair cabling (Cat5e to Cat8).
It ensures that your cables can support high-speed data and Power over Ethernet (PoE) without interference or signal degradation.
- Frequency Support: Testing up to 3000 MHz to support all standards from Cat5e through Cat8
- PoE Validation: Actual load testing up to 90W (802.3 af/at/bt) to ensure the cable can deliver power without overheating
- Standards Compliance: ANSI/TIA 1152-A (Level 2G) and ISO/IEC 11801
- Certify cable limits up to 1,000m (1km) using specialized long-cable settings and custom limits. We ensure superior accuracy by measuring RF parameters down to 100 kHz, which other testers can't do

Copper Parameters Checklist
Our certification tests focus on the following parameters to ensure the most accurate analyses and certification results for your copper cables.
- 6-Second Autotest: Industry’s fastest certification for Cat6A.
- Wiremap & Continuity: Identifies shorts, opens, and mis-wiring.
- Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR): Measures performance while under active traffic and PoE load.
- DC Resistance Unbalance: Pre-qualifies links for high-wattage PoE applications.
- NEXT & Return Loss: Locates the exact distance to a fault using graphical plots.
- NEXT & Return Loss: Locates the exact distance to a fault using graphical plots.
- TCL Measurement: Verifies Transverse Conversion Loss to ensure immunity to noise.
Fiber Optic Tier I and II Testing and Certification.
Out fiber testers utilize light pulses to measure signal loss (attenuation) and distance.
It is critical for long-distance runs and high-security environments where electrical interference must be avoided.
- Tier 1 Certification: Measures total Insertion Loss and length using an Optical Loss Test Set (OLTS)
- Tier 2 Certification: Uses an OTDR (Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer) to identify individual events like splices and connectors
- Wavelengths: Standard testing at 850/1300nm for Multimode and 1310/1550nm for Singlemode
- Cleanliness Standards: We adhere to strict cleanliness procedures for end-face inspection, as dirty connectors are the number one cause of fiber failure

Fiber Parameters Checklist
Our certification tests focus on the following parameters to ensure the most accurate analyses and certification results for your copper cables.
- Dual-Ended Testing: Displays full results on both Main and Remote units simultaneously
- Integrated VFL: A red laser Visual Fault Locator to instantly spot breaks or sharp bends
- Fiber Inspection Scope: Digital microscope to verify the cleanliness of connector end-faces
- Encircled Flux (EF) Compliance: Ensures consistent and repeatable Multimode measurements
- Hybrid Powered Fiber Support: Unique capability to measure both optical loss and copper voltage in the same cable
- Individual cable Certificates: Detailed PDF reports showing attenuation levels for every link and cable
